Taste

Smoothness

Slow Burning (Obviously how slow the blunt burns)

Fluff Factor (How big it breaks up)

High (An average of Length and Strength)

Length (Length of High)

Strength (Strength of High)

Overall (An average of Taste, Smoothness, Slow Burning, Fluff Factor, and High)

Value (A comparison of the strain's cost and Overall rating)

Now for parameters for the Dispensary Reviews:

Appearance: An overall assessment of how the dispensary looks. From size, cleanliness, decor, etc..

Comfortability: The amount of comfort the patient feels while purchasing his medication.

Quality of Medication: The overall quality of medication.

Selection: The size of the selection of different products and strains.

Knowledgeable Staff: How knowledgeable the staff is and willing to share knowledge.

Neighborhood: Due to the controversial issue of medical marijuana many of the dispensaries fall into certain shady neighborhoods. I will rate the neighborhood's safety (very useful for elderly patients).

Wait Times: The amount of wait time in the lobby and while getting medication fulfilled.

Prices/Deals: The rating of overall prices verses quality of medication and special on-going deals.
